Thanks for a lovely evening pondering the literary worth of
The Age of Innocence - most of us enjoyed it more than we thought we would, but no one’s going to be rushing out to buy her other titles! Scores on the doors attached. We also mobbed our resident famous children’s author for her autograph and learnt a very, very shocking fact or two about Desert Island Discs.
